Hi there, I'm Mel, the founder of Home Care To Me. If you're here, it means you’re looking for support for yourself or someone you care about. We are a small, local team of support workers with experience in both community and facility-based care across the disability and aged care sectors. We love the work we do, even if we don’t always love the industry, our goal is to provide the best individualised care to the people who deserve it most, in the comfort of their own home. We also want to create a positive work culture where our staff feel valued for their experience, compassion, and hard work. Living in this region, we know it’s one of the most beautiful in Australia.
