🌸 An Important and Loving Message from Mel and our Team 🌸To our cherished participants, aged care consumers, family carers, and South West supporters:
Since 2021, we have had the absolute privilege of walking alongside you in your homes, sharing your daily routines, and supporting you to live self-directed, empowered lives.
As part of our commitment to complete transparency and care, we want to share that Home Care To Me will be formally ceasing our support service trade on the 30th of June 2026. We know that change in the care sector can feel incredibly overwhelming, confusing, and tiring. Please take a slow, gentle breath. While our direct support shifts are ending, our dedication to your rights, your voice, and our local community is staying fully alive.
🌟 Our Gift to You: Active Advocacy & Community ResourcesTo ensure you are never left without support or a voice, we are keeping our most valued community spaces active online for the next 12 months (until mid-2027).
